  1. Agreement to Terms By creating an account or logging into the SWB Party Needs platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, strictly avoid using the platform.
  2. Waitlisting & Approval Account creation does not guarantee immediate booking privileges. All new registrations are subject to a waitlist system. SWB Party Needs reserves the right to approve or deny access based on internal capacity and security protocols.
  3. Identity Verification (Didit Integrated) To ensure the security of our equipment and team, we require mandatory identity verification. By proceeding, you agree that your government-issued ID and biometric data (facial scan) will be securely processed by our third-party partner, Didit. This data is used SOLELY for verification and will never be shared or sold.
  4. Zero-Tolerance Fraud Policy SWB Party Needs maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent accounts, stolen identities, or misrepresentation. We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts and report fraudulent activity to local authorities without prior notice.
  5. Data Privacy Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. We collect only what is necessary for booking fulfillments and legal compliance.
